Creamy Dill Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut potatoes into large chunks. Boil in water in a medium to large pot until soft enough to pierce with a fork easily. Drain. They should be tender, but relatively firm.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and mash
  3. Add Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Olive Oil, Dill Olive Oil, and chopped Dill. Mix well into potatos
  4. Add Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste
  5. Transfer to a plate, garnish with extra fresh dill, and olive oils.
