Creamy Dill Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
- Approx. 1.5 lbs. of Golden Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Dill
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. of Squizito Premium Olive Oils (any kind)
- 2 Tbsp. of Squizito Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. of Garlic Powder
- A pinch of Sea salt
- A pinch of Ground Pepper
- Extra fresh chopped dill to garnish
Instructions:
- Cut potatoes into large chunks. Boil in water in a medium to large pot until soft enough to pierce with a fork easily. Drain. They should be tender, but relatively firm.
- Transfer to a large bowl and mash
- Add Sour Cream, Garlic Powder, Olive Oil, Dill Olive Oil, and chopped Dill. Mix well into potatos
- Add Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste
- Transfer to a plate, garnish with extra fresh dill, and olive oils.
