The pasta-making cooking class is a fun experience for anyone!
Join Linda from Squizito's Tasting Room and learn how to make fresh homemade pasta from scratch using a KitchenAid stand mixture and by hand. In addition, we will enhance the already rich flavors of our highly recommended pasta sauce by adding some simple ingredients. And as always we will feature a Squizito's Tasting Room Olive Oil.
Linda will also demonstrate the NutriMill grain mill during which fresh wheat will be ground and bread made with fresh ground wheat will be available for sampling.
When the class is over, the opportunity to taste this scrumptious dish as a three-course meal will be yours.
We will provide homemade bread, salad, and dessert.
The class offers a hands-on approach and includes recipes and instruction.
