Join us for an unforgettable cooking class let by the talented Linda and assisted by Abby from Squizito Tasting Room, where you'll learn the art of creating exquisite Lobster Mushroom Ravioli with a delectable mushroom cream sauce. Linda and Abby will guide you through the process of making pasta dough, crafting the perfect filling, and achieving that picture-perfect ravioli shape. Complement your handmade ravioli with a luscious mushroom cream sauce that's bursting with earthy flavors. Learn the secrets to creating a velvety sauce that will elevate your dish to gourmet heights. This class is disigned for all levels of cooking expertise. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a kitchen novice, Linda and Abby will provide step-by-step instructions and personalized guidance to ensure your culinary success. 

Linda will also demonstrate the NutriMill grain mill during which fresh wheat will be ground and bread made with fresh ground wheat will be available for sampling.

We will provide all ingredients, homemade bread, salad, and dessert. 

The class offers a hands-on approach and includes recipes and instruction.
