Our naturally fused balsamic vinegar is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
Our Aged Balsamic vinegar is naturally infused with floral and sweet black currant. This rich, unique balsamic is tart and amazingly complex. Pairs great with Basil Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil and Mandarin Olive Oil.
Notes: Serve with pungent salty cheeses, use in salads, over yogurt or to dress fresh fruit salad.
