Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Use Squizito Tasting Room Rosemary Fused Olive Oil to make these amazing Roasted Potatoes.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Peeling the potatoes is a personal preference. Do so if you please.
  3. Cut potatoes in about 1-inch cubes (rough
  4. Cut onion in 1/2" pieces
  5. Mix onion and potato in large bowl.
  6. Drizzle Rosemary Olive Oil over potatoes and sprinkle with Seasonello Herbal Salt (mix well)
  7. Spread across baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25-35 minutes. Until potatoes are tender and edges are crispy and brown.
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
