Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Use Squizito Tasting Room Rosemary Fused Olive Oil to make these amazing Roasted Potatoes.
Ingredients:
- Use 1 potato per person
- Squizito's Rosemary Fused Olive Oil (1 Tsp/potato, or until your potatoes are coated well)
- Onion (1 per 4 potatoes)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Peeling the potatoes is a personal preference. Do so if you please.
- Cut potatoes in about 1-inch cubes (rough
- Cut onion in 1/2" pieces
- Mix onion and potato in large bowl.
- Drizzle Rosemary Olive Oil over potatoes and sprinkle with Seasonello Herbal Salt (mix well)
- Spread across baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25-35 minutes. Until potatoes are tender and edges are crispy and brown.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
