Oh My! Delicious Gnocchi In White Wine

This is one of the easiest recipes for a fast, one skillet, homemade dinner. Gnocchi is easier than most people think. You might even have all the ingredients in your kitchen already!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Bake potatoes in the microwave until soft. Split in half and with a fork, scrape potato out of skin into a bowl.
Add flour and make a well in the middle.
Whisk egg and add in middle of flour.
Sprinkle with Seasonello Herbal Salt to season.
Mix with hands until it comes together into a ball.
Transfer to floured surface.
Roll with hands like making a worm with play-do until it's 1" in diameter.
With the back of a knife, make grooves 1/8" apart all down the dough worm.
Roll worm over and groove the back too.
With 2 fingers, pinch the worm back into shape.
With knife or pizza cutter, cut gnocchi into 3/4" pieces.
Place in bowl and dust with flour to keep from sticking.
In skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning, toast for 1 minute.
Turn up burner and add wine to deglaze skillet.
With wine bubbling, simmer for about 1 minute.
Add gnocchi to skillet, turn up heat and add water until it is 3/4 way up sides of gnocchi.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Optional: Add tops of asparagus, bacon bits, parmesan cheese.

Plate and serve hot

Enjoy!
