Linguini Sorrentina is one of the simplest Italian recipe: you have to melt pasta in a rich tomato sauce with onion and basil and, eventually, some other ingredients depending on your tastes. It's an ideal dish for adults and children.
Preparation: bring 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter) of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Tips: during cooking add 4 anchovies fillets and just before serving 80g of diced mozzarella.
Wine: Menfi Chardonnay DOC or medium bodied white wine.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta, tomato, basil, herbs, salt.
