Fresh Milled Flour Breakfast Class with Michelle Miller
Join us for an educational and hands-on cooking class with Michelle Miller as she introduces the benefits and techniques of baking with fresh milled flour. Michelle will demonstrate how to grind your own grain, explain the differences between various grains and their best uses, and answer your questions along the way.
In this class, you’ll learn how to create delicious, wholesome breakfast favorites using fresh milled flour, including:
- Nutritious granola (kid-friendly and diabetic-friendly)
- Better-for-you cocoa puffs made with bran, fresh milled flour, and oat flour
- High-protein crepes
Guests will enjoy tastings of each recipe during class and take home samples to share with their families.
