Our naturally infused balsamic vinegar is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.

Zesty, savory and very versatile.  This dark has just the right amount of acidity to shine in a multitude of culinary applications.  Traditional herbs including, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage are responsible for its unique taste.
