Watermelon Feta Salad

You’re in for a treat. We know you love salads and we have just the recipe for you! This Watermelon Feta Salad Recipe is sure to be your new favorite summertime meal. It’s simple, fresh and delicious – everything that makes a perfect salad. And it only takes minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 oz. Baby Arugula
- 16 - 1”Cubes of Watermelon
- 2 oz. Feta Crumbles
- 2 TBSP Toasted Pine Nuts
- 2 TBSP Squizito Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 2 TBSP Squizito Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
- Toast pine nuts in skillet over medium high heat until slightly browned.
- Divide arugula into 4 bowls, add 4 cubes of watermelon to each salad.
- Sprinkle each salad with feta crumbles and ½ TBSP toasted pine nuts.
- Whisk together Blood Orange oil and Denissimo balsamic until emulsified. Drizzle over each salad.
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
