Tuscan Kale Salad

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Wash, de-stem, stack the kale leaves and roll up to chop/chiffonade into ½ inch pieces, or preferred size. (this does not need to be exact)
  2. Transfer kale to large mixing bowl.
  3. Warm the Neapolitan herb balsamic vinegar over medium heat until it just starts to steam, then add cranberries, stir, remove from heat, and set aside.
  4. Add the Tuscan Herb olive oil and Seasonello Herbal Salt to the kale and massage for a minimum 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cranberry/Neapolitan Herb balsamic mixture and walnuts to the kale and stir.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
