Tuscan Kale Salad

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Squizito Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- ½ cup Squizito Tuscan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
- 24-ounces of fresh kale
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pine nuts
- ½ cup dried cranberries or currents
- ½ teaspoon Seasonello Herbal Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Wash, de-stem, stack the kale leaves and roll up to chop/chiffonade into ½ inch pieces, or preferred size. (this does not need to be exact)
- Transfer kale to large mixing bowl.
- Warm the Neapolitan herb balsamic vinegar over medium heat until it just starts to steam, then add cranberries, stir, remove from heat, and set aside.
- Add the Tuscan Herb olive oil and Seasonello Herbal Salt to the kale and massage for a minimum 3 minutes.
- Add the cranberry/Neapolitan Herb balsamic mixture and walnuts to the kale and stir.
- Serve and enjoy!
