Roasted Rosemary Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
- 1-2 Tbsp. of Squizito Rosemary Olive Oil
- 6 small Green Onions
- 1 medium Butternut Squash
- 1 sprig of Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Peel butternut squash and cut into half inch cubes.
- Slice green onions and set dark green tops aside for garnish.
- Pick rosemary off stem and finely chop.
- Toss all ingredients together with olive oil and salt/pepper.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through. Garnish with green onion and serve
