Coleslaw with Peach Balsamic (vegan option)

Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz. bag of Shredded Cabbage Coleslaw Mix (or shred your own)
  • 1 Cup Mayo or (vegan-vegenaise)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsps. of Squizito Peach Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsps. of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. of Salt
  • 1 tsp. of Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
  • Sliced Almonds for topping

Instructions:

  1. Place cabbage in a bowl (set aside)
  2. Combine all other ingredients until smooth
  3. Add combined ingredients to cabbage bowl and mix until well mixed
  4. Top with sliced Almonds, chill to serve
