Coleslaw with Peach Balsamic (vegan option)

Ingredients:
- 1 16oz. bag of Shredded Cabbage Coleslaw Mix (or shred your own)
- 1 Cup Mayo or (vegan-vegenaise)
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsps. of Squizito Peach Balsamic
- 2 Tbsps. of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. of Salt
- 1 tsp. of Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
- Sliced Almonds for topping
Instructions:
- Place cabbage in a bowl (set aside)
- Combine all other ingredients until smooth
- Add combined ingredients to cabbage bowl and mix until well mixed
- Top with sliced Almonds, chill to serve
