Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Squizito's Butter Infused Olive Oil (hardened by refrigerating for a few hours, just until spreadable)
• 1 Cup White Sugar
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)

Add the above in a large mixing bowl and mix together

Then add and mix as you do:

• 2 Eggs
• 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 Tsp baking soda mixed into 2 Tsp water
• 1/2 Tsp salt

Then add the following and mix while you do:

• 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
