Preparation : bring to a boil 2 and 1/2 cups (0.6 Liter) water with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Just add couscous, cover the pan, turn the fire off , then rested for 9 minutes.
Useful tips: add 1/2 tsp vinegar and serve with 4 oz (100g) diced swordfish, fried earlier with sesame seeds.
Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon or medium bodied red wine.
